Land grant research lecture
The Center for Land Grant Studies will present a lecture on land grants and land grant research at the New Mexico State Library in the Southwest Room on Friday, November 20, from 3-4 p.m.
Malcolm Ebright, historian/lawyer and president of the Center for Land Grant Studies and Richard Salazar, former State Archivist, will give a talk on land grant research in New Mexico. They will illustrate the process of land grant research with examples and identify research tools and their availability.
The State Library’s Southwest Librarian will be there to provide research assistance, and publications from the Center for Land Grant Studies will be on display and for sale. This presentation is free and open to the public.
